Product Description
The K12 Apps™ Library Reservation System is a web application for managing room reservations in school libraries. Developed with the assistance of school librarians, the Library Reservation System replaces outdated methods of reserving rooms such as scheduling books and spreadsheets. In addition, the application continually updates figures which
can be used to measure library attendance and create
annual reports and other media.
With conventional, often times paper-based methods of room reservation, it is difficult for everyone to see who is utilizing rooms of the library and at what time. Teachers and students are not always the only occupants of the library. Administrative personnel, guidance counselors, and support staff may use rooms in your library for meetings or other purposes.
Our application allows all faculty and staff to view library reservations and it employs conflict detection to ensure that multiple reservations on the same date and time are prevented.
